Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment with a prior RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please email jkarnani@americanmantle.us prior to shipping back any products to receive a RMA by email.
Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in original cartons and should be well packed. For returns without an error on our part, we will deduct the following from the refund amount:
- Shipping charges
- Handling charges (cost of carton/packaging material)
- Cost of products received back by us in a damaged condition
- Commissions paid to credit card companies
For mantles received in damaged condition, please take a photograph of the broken mantles with their box/packaging in the same picture and email the same to jkarnani@americanmantle.us for a RMA.
